A recent project involved the relocation of a major airport maintenance store. The existing premises lease was due to expire and a new site had been identified by the client. Unfortunately the new site offered only half the volume of the old site.
Through examining the stock, and the way that the stock was located, it was possible to propose more efficient means of storage, and to achieve the desired move.
The added bonus was that the saving in running costs of the new building paid back the capital cost of the new storage installation in less than 18 months.
Another client consulted us with a view to the purchase of a single storey warehouse to meet temporary storage needs. Having pointed out that a further storey could be easily added, Llonsson Ltd was commissioned to design and build a slab supported steel framed building to provide a high quality ground floor warehouse and first floor offices which are now successfully let and providing a sound pension income on a full repairing lease.

Having seen the success of the aforementioned project, Llonsson Ltd was commissioned to design and build a similar slab supported steel framed building for the neighbour and link his two units together, thus enabling him to move out of rented offices and convert rental costs to mortgage repayments.
